法律专家：Mango Markets 案例会影响 DAO 未来如何实施其法律和治理结构
据 CoinDesk 2 月 4 日报道，加拿大律师事务所 McMillan LLP 的合伙人本杰明・巴斯盖特 (Benjamin Bathgate) 表示，针对所谓的 Mango Markets 漏洞利用者 Avraham Eisenberg 的诉讼可能会影响 DAO 未来如何实施其法律和治理结构。Bathgate 表示：“在很多情况下，DAO 只是用户的集合，这是一个用户社区，也许有一个核心贡献者负责编码。”管理 Mango Market DAO 的怀俄明州有限责任公司 Mango Labs 正在寻求收回剩余的 4700 万美元。然而，Bathgate 表示，Mango Labs 的诉讼不太可能成功，到那时可能会为 DAO 生态系统敲响警钟。
