是的 我的跟你的情况一样
1. 去 outlook 注册个新的邮箱 不需要短信
2. 用新邮箱注册 一般都可以注册成功 继续验证和短信的流程就好
如果 vpn 得 ip 确实没问题还提示 service not available in your country 的话
打开 f12 javascript:window.localStorage.removeItem(Object.keys(window.localStorage).find(i=>i.startsWith('@@auth0spajs')))
然后刷新就行
