天风国际分析师郭明錤发布报告表示，苹果将在2024年推出一款可折叠iPad，铰链将使用碳纤维材料。
郭明錤表示，苹果iPad在未来9-12个月内都不可能推出新品，整个2023年出货量可能同比下降10-15%。不过，新款iPad mini比较有可能在2024年一季度量产。
据了解，苹果可折叠iPad尺寸与iPad mini类似，一季度量产的这款iPad mini可能就是首款可折叠iPad。
郭明錤调查称，折叠iPad将配备碳纤维铰链，结构更轻更耐用。因此，将有新的供应商因此受益。
据报道，苹果正在测试一款可折叠的iPad显示屏，展开后尺寸约为20英寸。另外，据说苹果正在与LG合作，研发超薄的玻璃盖板，可用于可折叠产品。
