欧菲光：退市风险不大，公司整体战略正在向智能汽车业务转向

日前，欧菲光披露业绩预告，预计2022 年度净利润为负值，若2022年度审计报告显示公司持续经营能力存在不确定性，则公司股票将可能在2022年年度报告披露后被实施其他风险警示。对此欧菲光工作人员表示，会计师正在对公司持续经营能力进行全面综合的判定，目前没有非常确定的意见，公司研判认定退市风险不大。问及公司未来发展，工作人员表示公司整体战略正在向智能汽车业务转向。
