In this session from the Machine Learning Conference in Munich, Dorra Nouira discusses combining an exhaustive occupational dataset with multivariate matching algorithms to find suitable careers for skilled professionals.

Dorra Nouira is a Data Scientist at Boostrs, a startup linking people with careers and learning opportunities. In her role, Dorra develops algorithms to recommend meaningful career paths to Boostrs' users. Dorra previously worked as a researcher modelling the mechanical interactions between sound waves and materials. She holds a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from Bordeaux and Rome Universities and an engineering degree from ENSEIRB MATMECA.
