客户退货管理与EPPM集成—2302云销售新功能前瞻
在之前的云版本中，客户可以使用最佳实践流程4I9：项目控制 – 销售，将EPPM与销售订单集成，有收入的项目允许您计划并过账项目的成本和收益。
2302版本更新后客户退货管理将与EPPM集成，基于4I9创建的销售订单（链接WBS）创建后续退货订单，系统可以将WBS带入到退货单中，并且复制WBS到退货单后续凭证比如贷项凭证和免费交货，然后结转到财务会计。
1. 参考4I9：项目控制 – 销售，创建项目
WBS：RP_EKT11, RP_EKT12, RP_EKT13
销售订单关联WBS：RP_EKT11

2. 根据销售订单创建退货订单，WBS要素会自动带到退货订单行项目科目分配中
这里退货订单选择的后续活动为贷项凭证
