碳链价值APP讯，美国证券交易委员会（SEC）已再度拒绝 Ark Invest 和 21Shares 的现货比特币 ETF 上市申请，表示其未能“证明其提案符合围绕防止欺诈和其他恶意行为的要求”。此前报道，去年 4 月美 SEC 首度拒绝 Ark 和 21Shares 的现货比特币 ETF 申请，理由是缺乏对投资者的保护，随后其于 5 月再度提交申请，而 SEC 多次延迟决策批准。
