Raptor Lake 13代酷睿布局完毕之后，Intel的下一步就是Meteor Lake 14代酷睿，首次在客户端消费级平台中引入chiplet小芯片设计。
Intel今天确认，将在今年下半年正式发布Meteor Lake，明年再带来Lunar Lake。
按照Intel的说法， Meteor Lake使用的Intel 4新工艺已经做好投产准备 ，将伴随新品的发布提升产能。
同时，第一台大容量EUV光刻机在欧洲成功产生了13.5nm波长的光源，这是实现Intel 4工艺大规模量产的一个里程碑。
