今天，哔哩哔哩股份公司在港交所发布公告， 宣布公司与晋江原创订立综合合作框架协议，与晋江原创同意就知识产权合作。
此次合作包括B站购买晋江多部作品的版权，并将其用于指定用途 (包括但不限于改编、信息网络传播、宣传及发行)。
综合合作框架协议期限为三年，截至2023年、2024年及2025年12月31日止，年度的费用上限为4000万元。
此次合作， 将提升B站在网络文学作品IP改编领域的话语权与影响力，并能够在一定程度上缓解B站目前自有IP内容不足，对用户吸引力较差的问题。
