被墙 IP 隔一段时间又没被墙了这是什么原理呀？

有个西雅图的 IP 第一次被墙之后大概隔了一周就恢复了 正常使用了几个月 然后又被墙了 这一次更久被墙了 3 个多月 然后今天发现国内能正常访问了 就想问问大佬这是什么原理...不是很懂

eason1874 8 小时 47 分钟前 动态规则呗，跟封号一样，第一次封七天，第二次封更久，但是 IP 也不同账号，有些 IP 是云服务厂商的，不能永封，过段时间要解开

ericwood067 7 小时 10 分钟前 防火墙对 IP 的封锁是黑名单，每个请求过墙的时候都要拿这个名单对比一次，如果只加不删，名单会越来越长，对机器的性能要求越来越高，成本上扛不住；另外就是大部分人的 IP 只是租用的，只会拥有这些 IP 一段时间，理论上也不用永封。
