英特尔任命Frank D. Yeary为新任独立董事会主席
英特尔公司当地时间1月23日宣布，Frank Yeary已被任命为其新任独立董事会主席。卸任英特尔董事长的Omar Ishrak将继续留任英特尔独立董事，并在其审计和财务委员会以及公司治理和提名委员会任职。
Yeary自2009年以来担任英特尔的董事，他也是私人投资公司Darwin Capital Advisors的管理成员。
