注册两个 huobi 账户，注册输入国籍（建议外国籍）等信息，不会验证信息真伪可完成 L1 认证，并且获得多米尼克数字公民身份。
其中一个账户第一笔交易用于 CNY 购买 USDT ，另一个账户第一笔交易用于 USDT 兑换 TRY ，充值到 oldubil 中。
近期 huobi 规则改动，账户第一笔交易将作为分区的准则，不再以国籍分区账户。
当两个账户完成第一笔交易后，就拥有 CNY 区，TRY 区账户各一个。以后也能随时给 oldubil 充钱，用于低阶订阅或游戏购买。
注意的是 oldubil 没实名，转账入金需要手续费。我的卡已实名，所以具体多少百分比手续费不太清楚。
另外 oldubil 实名有两个，第一个是身份认证（免手续费），需要土耳其全套信息可完成认证；第二个是账户认证（作用不详），需要土耳其 ID 正反面，住宅账单，以及誊抄一份土耳其语证明。

自己踩过的坑：L1认证瞎填信息和国籍都能过，千万别用自己的信息认证L1，孙割注销账号很难
