From big phones to big hair and huge desktop computers, these images offer up some fascinating insight into what life was like in the British office in the 1980’s.
These images seem like a far cry from today’s modern office environments. In this era of Thatcherism the 9 to 5 was real and work meant work (although you could enjoy a drink or smoke whilst doing it).
