1月21日消息，今日零点，《王者荣耀》10余款皮肤正式上架， 其中包括兔年限定的五款皮肤、牛魔牛运亨通、孙悟空齐天大圣限定、鼠年限定三款皮肤返场， 同时还有累计充值限时获得的盘古冰霜神祇皮肤，以及用荣耀水晶兑换的貂蝉幻阙歌。
由于此次上架皮肤阵容庞大，加上抽奖活动打折，因此众多《王者荣耀》玩家熬夜等到零点皮肤上架后进行充值。
然而，由于充值玩家过多，直接把《王者荣耀》的充值系统挤崩溃了，从玩家反馈的问题来看，
游戏内充值会出现支付失败、卡支付页面、网络错误（错误码503）等，甚至还有钱扣了，但点券没到账的情况。
截稿前， 仍有玩家表示无法充值，《王者荣耀》官方也没有发布相关公告。
