据 CoinDesk 1 月 20 日报道，Web3 社交平台 Plai Labs 完成 3200 万美元种子轮融资，a16z Games 和 a16 z Crypto 领投。Plai Labs 旨在利用此轮融资资金来扩大其团队规模，聘请开发人员构建将 Web3 和人工智能相结合的去中心化社交平台。
Plai Labs 首席技术官 Aber Whitcomb 表示，AI 将在其游戏 Champion's Ascension 中发挥至关重要的作用，它将与 NFT 相结合。
据悉，Plai Labs 由游戏工作室 Jam City 和传统社交平台 Myspace 的几位前高管领导。Plai Labs 营销和运营执行副总裁 Josh Brooks 是 Jam City 前企业营销和招聘高级副总裁。他之前还曾担 Myspace 编程和音乐副总裁。
