苹果 Apple TV 4K 用户反馈 Siri Remote 遥控器出现连接问题
IT之家 1 月 20 日消息，不断有苹果第三代 Apple TV 4K 用户在 Reddit 社区、MacRumors 论坛、苹果官方支持论坛、Twitter 等社交媒体上反馈 Siri Remote 遥控器存在连接问题，用户需要重启遥控器 / 机顶盒才能临时修复。
国外科技媒体 MacRumors 分析了用户反馈的这些连接问题，发现是蓝牙连接故障导致的，即便是 Siri Remote 遥控器和 Apple TV 4K 非常近的情况下也无法连接。
IT之家还了解到，部分用户反馈 Siri Remote 遥控器存在间歇性断连的情况，目前的临时解决方案就是重新配对或重启遥控器，或拔下 Apple TV 的电源线然后重新插入，重新连接才能解决。
值得注意的是，用户尝试使用 iPhone 上的 Remote 应用程序或通过 HDMI-CEC 使用电视遥控器控制 Apple TV 4K 时，并没有发生上述问题。这表明故障确实是遥控器和 Apple TV 4K 之间的蓝牙问题导致的。
目前尚不清楚什么原因导致了这个问题，不过有迹象表明用户在升级 tvOS 16.2 更新之后才出现的。
