家父前几年胃癌走的，所以过度焦虑自己有胃病每年做一次胃镜，现在严重到看见尖锐的东西就怀疑是不是自己吞胃里了，例如羊肉串签子或者什么金属物，现在只要经过我家针线盒我就紧张，怕自己控制不住自己吞下去。还有就是越害怕的事情越担心发生，精神高度紧张。
小时候喜欢的光盘游戏有个污点就一直擦，结果死活擦不掉，就一下把光盘掰碎了，真怕哪天扛不住这劲儿真囤点啥
求求大家应该看什么书可以自我缓解或 k 减轻症状，顺便说下本人强迫症也很严重…
