macOS 有一定记录无法唤醒外接显示器这个 bug 似乎覆盖了所有类型的苹果电脑

网络上能看到很多 macOS 无法唤醒外接显示器的反馈，我自己的体验是用过的大部分苹果电脑都遇到过这个情况。
用过 M1 的 Mac mini ，设置的永不休眠，外接 dell 4k 经常无法唤醒，解决方法重新插拔一次 c to dp 线可解。后来 Dell 换了 studio display 之后没出现过无法唤醒的情况。
也用过英特尔 cpu 的 mbp 16 inch ，外接惠普 4k ，使用显示器的雷电接口，也有一定几率无法唤醒显示器，解决方法需要重启显示器或者重新插拔雷电线，有时候需要这两者配合。
其他更老的 mbp 也用过，忘记有没有这个问题了。
各位的情况是怎么样的，有没有什么好的解决方法可以避免这个问题。
