碳链价值APP讯，据《华尔街日报》报道，通过对监管公告的分析，Coinbase 联合创始人兼首席执行官 Brian Armstrong 自去年 11 月以来通过出售股票赚取了 400 万美元，出售价格从每股 35.01 美元到 58.16 美元不等。Coinbase 的发言人回应称，Armstrong 最近的售股是标准的、预先安排的计划的一部分，“与最近的市场事件无关”。
此前华尔街日报曾报道 Coinbase 四位高管从 2021 年 4 月 Coinbase 上市之日起至 2022 年 1 月底通过出售股票获得约 12 亿美元收益。据分析，除 Armstrong 外，其他三人在那之后就没有出售过股票。Coinbase 的股价在 2022 年下跌超过 80%，去年年底的收盘价约为 335 美元。（WSJ）
