韩国法院在一起诉讼中判定 NFT 属于赠品违反现有游戏法，支持 P2E 游戏禁令
据韩联社报道，韩国首尔行政法院驳回了 P2E 游戏《Five Stars for Klaytn》开发商 SkyPeople 针对游戏分级管理委员对其的禁令发起的诉讼。此前游戏分级管理委员对该游戏拒绝分类处理，因此被视为不合规。法院判定《Five Stars for Klaytn》中的 NFT 物品是“《游戏产业振兴法》禁止的赠品”，提供这些物品“本身就是一种促进投机的行为”。
《游戏产业振兴法》第 28 条第 3 号作为游戏相关事业者的遵守事项明确规定：“不得通过提供赠品等来助长投机性。”因此游戏委员会一直无法根据《游戏产业振兴法》的这一规定对 P2E 游戏进行分类。
