不久前，有Win10/11用户反映，自己电脑开始菜单或任务栏中的应用快捷方式离奇消失。
今天，微软确认，
旗下杀毒软件Microsoft Defender的更新，误删了Win10与Win11系统中的开始菜单和任务栏的应用程序快捷方式。
这不仅会影响用户的正常使用，也会导致依赖于这些快捷方式的应用在运行时可能会出现错误，无法正常使用。
据悉，该问题是由于启用了Atack Surface Reduction (ASR) 规则“阻止来自Office宏的Win32 API调用”而导致的误删除。
