求教： nas 虚拟化 router OS，无法跑满千兆

求教：我使用 qnapTS-264c 这款 nas 中的 Virtualization Station 3 安装了 router OS v7 ，使用的是试用版的 CHR PU 的授权，宽带是光纤的千兆，目前测速只能跑到 800Mbps 左右。但是电脑直接连接光猫或者使用其他路由器都可以跑到千兆，请问这个情况是我设置的问题？还是硬件本身的问题？或者是 router OS 在这个环境下无法跑满千兆？
如何排查和解决？
qnapTS-264c 配置是
- 处理器 Intel 5095
- 双 2.5G 网卡
虚拟机资源分配情况（实际占用极低）
- cpu 选择 passthrough 4 核
- 内存 512M 启用内存共享
- 网络 virtIO
- 存储空间 VirtIO 快取模式 writeback
- 启用 Virtio-serial
