万元LV误标1599元被秒拍 得物回应：多次确认无异 无权干预
1月6日，来自河南郑州的杨先生在上海识装信息科技有限公司旗下“得物”App上寄售一个路易威登（LV）的包包，出价时不慎将15999元标成了1599元，且被买家秒拍。
1月13日，“得物”方面告诉南都记者，平台联系买家多次沟通追回商品，未征得同意。因卖家与买家之间产生了买卖合同关系，如果需要通过法律途径解决，平台会在法律范围内给予最大程度的配合支持。
当包包出价明显低于市场价时，“得物”有无提示？对此，杨先生告诉记者：“当时着急没看清楚，据客服说有提醒。”
“得物”相关负责人则向南都记者回应称，在平台上，当卖家出价明显低于商品市场价时，在卖家的系统中，会有弹窗提醒，请卖家确认出价是否正确，并需要卖家确认并点击按钮“继续出价”后，方能出价成功。“这个包包售价1599元，经卖家再次确认后，被买家成功拍下，产生真实交易形成订单，平台无权干预。”
