元宇宙公司 MultiMetaVerse 计划收购淘米集团 72.81% 股份
据美通社报道，元宇宙公司 MultiMetaVerse Holdings Limited（MMV）宣布与 Orient TM Ruibo 签订一份不具约束力的意向书。根据该意向书，MMV 或其关联公司计划收购淘米集团（Orient TM Parent Limited）72.81% 的股份。若收购完成，MMV 的 IP 组合将获得淘米的三大标志性 IP：摩尔庄园（Mole’s World）、赛尔号（Seer）和小花仙（Flower Angel）。此外，淘米的 IP 也将增强 MMV 的收入基础。
据悉，MMV 是一家致力于通过 UGC 与 PUGC 内容构建开放、沉浸、多元体验的动漫与娱乐公司。
