风投机构 SOSV 分拆旗下 Web3 创业项目 dlab 为独立基金
1 月 11 日，全球性多阶段风险投资机构 SOSV 今天宣布将其专注于去中心化和区块链技术的创业项目 dlab 分拆为一个独立的基金，于 2023 年 1 月 1 日生效。
这是 SOSV 首次将 SOSV 旗下创业项目分拆为独立基金，新基金将由创始普通合伙人 Shawn Broderick 和 Nick Plante 领导。SOSV 将是该基金的主要有限合伙人。
