苹果败诉 Apple Watch被判侵犯Masimo关于血氧技术的专利

　　美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）宣布苹果公司败诉，Masimo 在第一轮关于禁止进口 Apple Watch 的美国贸易案件中胜诉。苹果公司侵犯 Masimo 关于血氧技术的专利。

　　Masimo 公司于 2020 年首次起诉苹果公司，称 Apple Watch 侵犯了 10 项专利，还涉嫌通过雇佣关键人员窃取商业机密。随后，Masimo 在 2021 年再次起诉，然后特别指出 Apple Watch Series 6 应被禁止销售，因为该设备侵犯了关于血氧测量技术的五项专利。

　　而在 2022 年 10 月，苹果也提起了两起诉讼，指控 Masimo 公司 W1 系列智能手表侵犯了多项专利。苹果表示，正是在之前的诉讼中，Masimo 公司“仔细研究了苹果的知识产权”，并获得了机密信息。

　　此外，ITC 还证实苹果公司带有心电图功能的 Apple Watch 机型侵犯了医疗设备制造商 AliveCor 公司的专利。
