旭辉集团拟发行不超过15亿元增信中票

有消息称，旭辉控股集团(00884)的全资附属公司旭辉集团股份有限公司将于2023年1月18日发行中期票据，债券名称为“23旭辉集团MTN001”，发行规模不超过15亿，期限三年、利率区间为2.80%-4.30%，债券由国泰君安证券股份有限公司牵头。
2022年9月22日，旭辉集团股份有限公司发行规模为人民币12亿元的2022年度第二期中期票据，利率为3.22%，期限由2022年9月22日起计三年。
2023年1月11日午间，旭辉公司债集体反弹，“21旭辉01”，涨超25％，触发盘中临时停牌。截至收盘，“21旭辉03”涨超9％，“20旭辉01”涨超11％，“20旭辉02”涨超10％，“20旭辉03”涨超6％，“21旭辉02”涨超9％。
