打开别人开发的项目 一直 go list -m json all
原因是加载项目中需要用到的库
1.使用golang开发，直接设置代理 https://goproxy.io/
2.使用其他工具

或使用阿里云的镜像：https://mirrors.aliyun.com/goproxy/
