I’m the founder of Wally, and we’re excited to re-introduce Wally to Product Hunt as we launch our new JS SDK!

Now you can give your users the ability to sign up for any dApp by creating a wallet with just their email, on top of any existing way to connect a wallet. That way more users can sign-up and onboard without having to deal with any complexities of creating a crypto wallet off-site. And you give users the option to connect an existing wallet, or create a new one easily.

If you already have metamask sign up, you can copy + paste just a few lines of pre-written code to get it installed. No changes to your existing frontend/backend code needed. It also integrates seamlessly with flows like web3modal, rainbowkit, and web3onboard.

Wally’s API vs Wally’s JS SDK Previous implementations with Wally’s API required a backend integration and a separate auth stack, which didn't work for every customer. Now with the SDK, you can continue to use wallet signature based login flows like sign in with ethereum, but keep the UX familiar.

You can always use a combination of the SDK and API to get the right set of features you need (paying for users’ gas fees, enabling credit card checkout, creating wallets entirely on the backend using an existing email/phone database, etc.).
