苹果高管 John Stauffer 被 Roblox 挖走，负责虚拟世界核心引擎

John Stauffer 是苹果 CarPlay 和 Group FaceTime 背后的部门负责人，现在他将离开公司加入元宇宙平台 Roblox。
Roblox 正在聘请 John Stauffer 担任工程副总裁，负责虚拟世界的核心引擎，他将直接向 Roblox 首席技术官 Daniel Sturman 汇报。
根据 Axios 的一份报告，大约一年前 Roblox 接触了 Stauffer，说服他花了一点时间，但他的孩子们对他父亲建造 Roblox 的前景感到兴奋。
John Stauffer 在苹果工作了 23 年多，在过去的 14 年里，他负责管理苹果的互动媒体集团，支持了苹果 CarPlay、Group FaceTime 和 AirPlay 等产品的出现。
他的工程和领导经验可能对 Roblox 非常有用，Roblox 希望使其平台能兼容更多设备。
