最近经常会睡不着，脑子一直会想着其他事情。以前出现是因为有自己工作方面压力的，还有晚上玩游戏太兴奋。
但是最近工作不饱和，晚上也最近开始不玩游戏，但是还是会睡不着。脑子里会想着游戏里的事情或者其他事情，就连几年前，十年前的事情也会想到。
阳了之后一直提前入睡，昨天就是 9 点躺，一直到 12 点起来后穿衣服在窗边看了会马路夜景，然后才睡着了差不多到早上 6 点多醒。
