CPU首次整合内存！华硕展示“超新星SoM”封装技术实物

不久前，华硕在CES 2023上展示了与Intel合作开发的“超新星SoM”封装技术。
该技术将CPU、内存芯片与通信模块整合到了一起，从而为主板节省了大量空间 ，使得容纳更为高端的显卡，或是提升整机散热效率都成为了可能。
现在，
华硕在CES上展示了这一技术的实物。
从实物照片来看 ，超新星SoM封装技术将占用主板面积从60 x 50毫米缩小到44.7 x 42毫米，从而节省了38％的核心区域空间。
