针对个人声明网传近期特斯拉维权策划者是比亚迪员工，当事人@Mr_兴广 发博回应，称1月8日的确作为车主家属，代表老婆参加了西安特斯拉交付中心的维权活动。为家庭权益维权，是个人行为，与供职公司无关，不存在诋毁、黑化特斯拉的情况。
