Chrome/Edgo 浏览器插件，基于 iSpeak-bber 修改，原作者为 DreamyTZK。

1. 手动安装扩展
下载后把扩展文件夹放在不会误删的路径，然后打开浏览器 “扩展管理 —- 开发人员模式 —- 加载解压缩的扩展”。后续更新替换文件后，手动点击 “重新加载” 即可。
2. 获取 Open API 并填入扩展
