物业搞了个办信用卡减物业费的活动，有没有套路

这两天我这边城市包括我小区在内的好几家小区物业公司都在搞一个办信用卡减物业费的活动
活动内容: 开卡民生，邮储，光大，广发，浦发信用卡(新户)成功，现场物业费立减 200 元，办理 2 张立减 400 元，一个客户最高领取 1000 元
郑重承诺：卡片有效期内无年费，无刷卡次数要求，无任何费用。
也就是办 5 张信用卡，物业费减一千
看起来很划算啊
就是不知道办信用卡，有没有什么坑？
我今天开卡，明天就去注销，不知道可不可以？
我一直是个信用卡需求性比较弱的人，只办过招商银行的信用卡，所以上面那些信用卡，我都是新户
