欧洲央行正在制定数字欧元规则手册
1 月 4 日，欧洲央行正在组建一个工作组将就制定数字欧元规则手册进行商讨。据悉，所有潜在的数字欧元支付都将遵守 2 月份开始实行的数字欧元规则手册。
去年 12 月，欧洲央行任命 Christian Schäfer 管理数字欧元规则手册。目前正在寻求利益相关者加入规则手册开发工作组，其中包括包括银行、支付提供商，以及潜在的数字欧元用户，如消费者、零售商、企业或中小企业用户，申请加入工作组的截止日期是 1 月 20 日。
