去年底台积电宣布3nm量产，预计今年年中之后在终端层面开始大规模应用。
随后有业内专家透露，台积电3nm的良率可达80%，非常可观。
然而，提前半年投产3nm的三星，则有些尴尬，据说良率仅20%。这个表现，难怪没有大厂敢下单。
虽说三星上马了GAA晶体管，技术难度高算是情有可原，然而和台积电差距这么大显然不是长久之计。
