Pingu是一款开源的命令行网络诊断工具，可用于替代 ping。由一位日本开发者基于Go语言编写，遵守MIT开源协议。使用Pingu，会逐渐出现一只可爱的 ASCII 企鹅图形，并高亮关键字。

使用：
pingu [OPTIONS] HOST
`ping` 命令
使用选项:
-c, --count= 停止计数次数后回应 (d默认: 20)
-P, --privilege 允许 privileged 模式
-V, --version 显示版本

-h, --help 显示帮助信息
