iPhone 15 Pro首发！苹果A17芯片要用3nm工艺

今日消息，据MacRumors爆料， 苹果在2023年发布的iPhone 15 Pro上使用了A17 Bionic，这颗芯片集于台积电3nm工艺（N3）打造。
爆料指出，台积电3nm工艺已经开始量产，苹果将会是台积电3nm工艺最大的客户，
A17 Bionic以及苹果M2 Pro和M2 Max等芯片都是采用台积电3nm工艺。
根据台积电说法， 对比N5工艺，N3功耗可降低约25-30％，性能可提升10-15％，晶体管密度提升约70％。 N3工艺的SRAM单元的面积为0.0199平方微米，相比于N5工艺的0.021平方微米缩小了5％。
除了采用台积电3nm，另外爆料称苹果A17 Bionic将会更注重降低功耗、提升手机电池续航。
值得注意的是，按照苹果的差异化策略， iPhone 15 Pro和iPhone 15 Ultra会首发搭载苹果A17 Bionic， 而iPhone 15标准版会使用iPhone 14 Pro上的A16 Bionic。
