vps 挂载网盘跑本地服务，延迟是不是很很重要

我有个搬瓦工小鸡，2C1G 的 gia 。只有 20G 硬盘，最近挂了个 dropbox 来备份。ping 了下 dropbox 延迟 1ms 以内（我这个测试方法不一定科学）。现在是用来备份日志和数据的，如果用来搞一些频率不高的服务，是不是也行，比如比较软件（ joplin ），如果直接存日志，跑数据库，之类的，是不是就太拉胯了？延迟是不是会导致数据写的慢，然后内存释放慢，多了 CPU 也受拖累？求大佬指点。另外砍了下 1fichier 会员好像不贵，就是延迟太高了，估计挂上只能放视频或者备份文件用。
