自从《塞尔达传说：王国之泪》的首个正式PV播出开始，就一直有玩家认为：“这不是Switch能跑出来的画面”，并因此认为该作将是Switch半代升级版的护航作。
但今天，一批《王国之泪》新物料的流出， 在证明该作确实将伴随一款新机发售的同时，也泼灭了玩家Switch半代升级版的期待。
从目前流出的照片来看，《王国之泪》将推出一款限定版Switch OLED主机
，但现在尚不清楚限定主机是否会附带游戏。
从照片来看，限定版主机的底座以白色为主体，用金色印出了本作的Logo，并在周围附有同心圆纹理作为装饰。
