台积电刘德音：2纳米预计在新竹与台中投产

台湾《经济日报》消息，台积电 12 月 29 日上午在台南科学园区举办 3 纳米量产扩厂典礼，并由董事长刘德音主持。刘德音强调，台积电持续深耕投资台湾地区，并提前透露明年第二季度台积电新竹研发中心将启用、预计有八千名人员进驻。此外，目前正在准备的 2 纳米晶圆厂会落脚在新竹与台中科学园区，共计有六期的工程，都依计划持续进展中。
