How do I become a pupil/specialist at present?

Hello people, I am 2024! I had solved around 1000+ problems (alternative account, sorry for that) & given so many contests from this site. I tried almost every contest full-time and was not waste a single minute. But I am stuck, depressed, and fading up. At this time, I almost gave up cp. But I want to do cp. My mother wants to see me with a higher rank. Can I fulfill my mother's dream? Every time I can solve at least one problem, and many times two problems in division 2, but it's not too fast. Then I want to try C, but I have a few minutes before the contest ends. In the div-3 scenario, I can solve three problems most of the time, which is time-consuming, like 40-50 minutes. Sometimes I can also solve problem D if it is too easy. In the worst-case scenario, I can solve only two problems in division 3. In division 4, I can solve 3 or 4 problems consecutively. But in educational rounds, sometimes I can do better, and sometimes I fall with a substantial negative delta. I know the stl and some number theory.
Please, I would be very grateful if you give your valuable suggestions/advice on how to quickly reach a pupil/specialist as I can fulfill my mother's dream quickly from a long-time newbie. Thanks...
