C:\Users\predoo>fastboot boot C:\Users\predoo\Downloads\twrp-3.7.0_12-0-alioth.img
downloading 'boot.img'...
OKAY [ 4.190s]
booting...
FAILED (remote: Failed to load/authenticate boot image: Load Error)
finished. total time: 4.290s

AHHHHHHHHHHHH ((((((

You also can try by flashing the image to the boot partition, this will make device, boot to TWRP

"Bricked" means it's completely dead - display doesn't come on, can't access fastboot, nothing. If that isn't the case, your device isn't bricked. Do you possibly mean a boot failure?

Why would your family get upset? Is it possible that you shouldn't have tried to mess with something you didn't know enough about?

Hi. Probably yes, I tried to tinker with something I didn't know about . My family is upset because I can't talk to them during the day and I have to take care of my 2 sisters during the day. My parents are very absent and that interferes a lot.

Maybe you're using the wrong recovery. Have you tried OrangeFox? Give it a try. Extract the .img from the zip and boot it.

Xiaomi Poco F3 / Xiaomi Mi 11X / Redmi K40 (alioth) build releases | OrangeFox Recovery Downloads

Orangefox recovery for Xiaomi Poco F3 / Xiaomi Mi 11X / Redmi K40 (alioth)
orangefox.download
looks like a good idea. I am going to try too

This is very important. How do I do it?

fastboot flash boot your-recovery.img Keep in mind that fastboot will target to the active slot, but...

As we can think that the issue is, because the inactive slot is trying to boot (to nowhere), because of invalid images stored in, then you also can do:
fastboot flash boot_a TWRP.img and fastboot flash boot_b TWRP.img

After that, you won't be able to boot to the system, then, either, sideload the boot image to your /sdcard/Download path, and flash the image, or, copy the image to some USB OTG storage, to can flash it. From it, follow, what indicated some previous posts.

He wasn't joking when OP said that his parents were going to kill him... RIP OP

Hi guys. I spent some time away because I took the phone to an authorized service and they offered me the BOX method, and if that didn't help they would reprogram the processor . But it seems that the technician didn't understand much because he couldn't even get in in TWRP mode and I JUST got it :/. I'm going to follow everything I've just been told, hope it works (((

Technicians are rarely Android experts, and are trained only to fix devices per manufacturer guidance. They don't know what TWRP is, much less how to use it. When my wife's Pixel 5a quit working, they just replaced the mainboard; they didn't have the necessary software and tools to reprogram anything. There's nothing unusual about this.

mind you that this is gonna erase everything off your phone

install adb drivers if you haven't already: https://adb.clockworkmod.com/

download the latest miflash version: https://xiaomiflashtool.com/download/xiaomi-flash-tool-20220507

plug your phone in the pc while in fastboot mode

select refresh in miflash (if you get an error, create a folder inside the miflash folder and call it "log", without quotation marks), your device should pop up in the list. if it doesn't try plugging your phone in a usb 2.0 port, 3.0 tends to have problems

download a fastboot rom for your Poco F3 from here: https://miuirom.org/phones/poco-f3
MAKE SURE it's a Fastboot ROM, not OTA or Recovery Rom

once you've downloaded the fastboot rom, extract it, if inside the rom folder there's another one with the same name extract that one too

select the rom folder in miflash that contains the images folder (the path should look like this, ex:

    alioth_eea_global_images_V13.0.9.0.SKHEUXM.../images/...)

    NOT
    ex:

    alioth_eea_global_images_V13.0.9.0.SKHEUXM.../

    alioth_eea_global_images_V13.0.9.0.SKHEUXM.../

    images/...)

from the bottom, make sure you either select clean all or save user data, the third option is selected by default and will lock your phone, you don't want that obv

click on flash from the top right

now it will flash a clean fresh install of miui, it takes a while, my flashes always take 500 to 600 seconds, if any errors appear you can search the issue online or share it here

you will probably get an error when finishing flashing saying "error: Not catch checkpoint (\$fastboot -s .*lock),flash is not done", this is normal, it's basically telling you that you didn't lock your phone.
Guys, the command that bricked my phone was "fastboot flash boot_a"

"Bricked" means it's completely dead - display doesn't come on, can't access fastboot, nothing. If that isn't the case, your device isn't bricked. Do you possibly mean a boot failure?

Why would your family get upset? Is it possible that you shouldn't have tried to mess with something you didn't know enough about?

Bro it's easy to fix, just write your phone name to me
