近年来，不少家电企业也开始自主研发芯片，长虹集团日前宣布自研的MCU芯片已经应用冰箱整机。
据报道，12月28日， 搭载长虹自主研发智能控制MCU芯片的首批冰箱整机在中国（绵阳）科技城成功下线。
该MCU芯片基于RISC-V内核，主频达200MHz，在行业内首次采用40nm ULP超低功耗工艺设计，实现高精度ADC（模—数转换器）、软硬件安全设计、算法硬件化等关键技术研究与突破。
据长虹透露，未来一年，
该智控芯片计划在冰箱、空调、洗衣机、冰箱压缩机等产品实现装机应用1000万片。
