在荣耀80 GT发布后，荣耀CEO赵明接受了采访。在采访中， 赵明谈到了荣耀80 GT和电竞手机的区别。
赵明表示， 这次的荣耀80 GT，我们把MagicOS以及Turbo X等融合到这个产品设计当中，同时我们在散热和功能特性上做了专项的提升。
我们在7.9毫米这么薄机身架构内同时保障性能，这是我们对于手机游戏性能的定位。今天我们看到，厂商都是把游戏手机做得特别厚重，手机的散热也很大。当它提升游戏体验的时候，往往是在重量和其他方面的体验比如轻便损失很大。
荣耀未来在GT产品系列中，或者是在游戏性能方面，
比如我们超帧的性能，还有智慧引擎加持的精准角度，都可以让游戏的性能处于领先。
