最近几天妳大概也看到、听到过别人的劝说：感染了新冠不要洗澡（甚至不要洗头）！昨天我还看到有人发了一段主持人涂磊的现身说法视频——憔悴地倾诉他自己就因为洗澡落得那副样子。诚然他样子不好看，但我看大概只是因为烧坏了脑子。
我总觉得是精神上的羸弱让中国人格外怜惜身体，以至于但凡染上些病痛就恨不得坐一回月子。请问病毒是怎么识别妳沾了水洗了澡的？答曰身体虚弱易着凉。说得好像不宣传「染新冠禁洗澡」就一定会造成全国人民颤颤巍巍去洗澡一样；又或者只要洗澡就必然着凉。
身体是精神的载具，如果妳这么多年来是在使用它而不是屈从它，应该知道何时该去清洗它。而且妳应该有方法保证洗澡、洗头、运动之后不至于因为着凉或者身体超负荷而病倒。身体臭是妳的责任；滥用身体也是妳的责任。不管使用身体的技术如何，敢愿为之负责是走向精神强健的第一步。
