上海电信可以实现 ipv6 入站么？

ipv4 通过网络管家 App 里配置端口转发是基本能用的。但是 App 里 IP 不能配置 ipv6 的地址。
听说 ipv6 的入站流量运营商是拦掉的，我电信 App 上报了个障想让师傅帮忙关这个防火墙，不过师傅回电话说这个改不了。
所以你们用 ipv6 访问内网 nas 的，都是一定要打电话让师傅改桥接的么？（光猫是 sdn 的，用密码 sdn123456 登进去啥也改不了。）
