由于市场担忧美联储激进加息会导致经济放缓，国际油价22日下跌。不过，机构监测显示，原油变化率已过上调红线，这意味着国内油价或遭遇新年“第一涨”。
12月22日，国内油价一改连日来的涨势，盘中震荡下跌。截至收盘，纽约商品交易所2023年2月交货的轻质原油期货价格下跌0.80美元，收于每桶77.49美元，跌幅为1.02%。2023年2月交货的伦敦布伦特原油期货价格下跌1.22美元，收于每桶80.98美元，跌幅为1.48%。
2022年国际油市先涨后跌，下半年原油价格震荡下行，基本回吐了上半年的全部涨幅，目前原油价格处于年初的价位水平，下行空间受到限制。
国际油价的变动将直接影响国内油价调整。按照现行成品油价格形成机制，下一轮调价窗口开启时间为2023年1月3日24时。
