黄斑出血，如果一个星期瘀血没散能回归工作吗？

出血的位置还行，不在影响视力的位置，但是视线有块半透明阴影。医生开了点眼药水和病假说工作里还能看电脑，不过我也没聊太多工作的性质给医生。话说瘀血一个星期能散吗？ 现在想想我以前应该已经黄斑出血两三次了，只不过都在半小时左右散掉了，当时还以为是坐姿不对，脖子压迫视神经了之类的。这次一天都没散就看医生了。
